What RTA actually means
Ready-to-assemble cabinets arrive flat-packed with the joinery already cut and the hardware pre-drilled. You assemble them on site, which removes the freight cost of shipping air and the lead time of built-to-order casework. The finished cabinet is not a compromise: the same plywood box, the same solid wood doors, the same soft-close hardware you would get assembled.
