Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order — for example where an item is unavailable, or where a price or description was listed in error — and will refund any payment taken.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes and delivery charges unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order ships.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes on delivery. Inspect goods on arrival and report visible damage before signing for the shipment.
Returns and cancellations
Return eligibility, timeframes, and any restocking charges will be set out here. Custom and made-to-order cabinetry is generally non-returnable once production has started.
